SteerBridge is seeking a talented Construction Administrator (CM-CA) to join our mission-driven team and contribute to the modernization of healthcare facilities at the Thomas E. Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Amarillo, Texas.

What You'll Do:

As a CM-CA, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing complex construction, design/build, and facilities management projects. From pre-design to completion, you'll be a key player in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while collaborating with a team dedicated to excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of construction work with proven knowledge of construction practices, quality assurance, and project oversight.
• Skills: Strong communication, technical proficiency, and the ability to analyze and resolve construction challenges.
• Education: A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, though a degree in a related field is a plus. Direct experience may substitute for educational requirements.
• Eligibility: U.S. work authorization and the ability to pass a federal background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor construction activities for compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with General Contractors and Subcontractors to manage operations and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Analyze construction documents and address discrepancies to maintain project integrity.
• Utilize software tools to manage project data and produce accurate reports.

Work onsite at the Thomas E. Creek VAMC in Amarillo, Texas, contributing to projects that truly make a difference.
