We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (CM-CPM) to support construction efforts at the Edward P. Boland VA Medical Center in Leeds, Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to support the enhancement of healthcare infrastructure for our nation’s veterans!
Required Qualifications:
- âś… Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 🛡️ Must pass a federal background check and obtain a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) badge
- đź“‹ Minimum of three (3) completed projects of similar scale and complexity
- đź’» Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Oracle Submittal Exchange
Education and Experience:
- 🏢 At least 10 years of construction experience, with 5+ years in a field management role (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Senior Foreman)
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare facility construction or modernization
- Familiarity with elevator shaft modernization and historic building renovations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight for construction management, design/build, and engineering projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, and quality assurance for large-scale construction projects
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Oversee procurement and claims management processes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring timely project completion
