🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Production Analyst, you’ll:

• Review and analyze claims applications and documentation for eligibility and completeness

• Develop claims by collecting supporting materials such as medical records and service documentation

• Apply relevant federal laws and regulations to determine benefit eligibility

• Draft decisions with clear justifications and maintain accurate digital records

• Communicate with claimants, dependents, and stakeholders regarding claim status

• Coordinate with legal representatives, healthcare professionals, and service organizations

• Stay up to date on applicable policy and procedural changes

• Meet performance metrics and processing timelines to ensure quality outcomes

✅ Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

• 3+ years of experience in claims processing, benefits support, or operational analysis

• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

• Proficiency with digital systems and ability to manage sensitive information

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience processing federal or public sector claims

• Familiarity with enterprise claims systems or workflow platforms

• Prior military service or experience working with veteran or claimant populations

• Experience using tracking tools such as Jira or internal case management systems

Must be able to work on-site full-time at our Vienna, VA office. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
