Location: Fayetteville, AR
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Contract Length: 3 Years (Contingent Upon Award)

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on Veterans' healthcare infrastructure? SteerBridge Strategies is seeking a Construction Administrator to oversee critical infrastructure upgrades as part of the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project at the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks.



💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage construction documentation and project oversight
  • Support pre-design, procurement, construction, and administrative phases
  • Monitor site activity for quality, schedule, and compliance
  • Coordinate with contractors and project teams to drive successful delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check
  • Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Must provide 3 examples of comparable projects
  • 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
  • Strong working knowledge of general/subcontractor operations and quality assurance
  • Experience with construction project software and documentation tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
