About SteerBridge Strategies
At SteerBridge Strategies, we’re not just building structures—we’re building the future. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we are passionate about delivering innovative, top-tier solutions to our clients. Whether we’re developing advanced construction management techniques or integrating cutting-edge technologies, our mission is clear: to provide value, efficiency, and long-term success for every project we touch.

Why We Need You
The construction of the new Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Currency Production Facility is one of the most ambitious projects in U.S. history. This facility will become the secure heart of currency production for generations to come. But without precise, strategic scheduling, none of that happens.
That's where you come in. You will be the heartbeat of the project—ensuring that everything runs smoothly, on time, and according to plan. Your expertise in construction scheduling is what will turn a complex, million-square-foot facility into a well-oiled machine. You will help us avoid delays, mitigate risks, and keep the project moving forward, delivering an efficient and secure facility that will serve the nation for decades. Simply put: your scheduling will be the backbone of our success.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Construction Manager - Scheduler, you’ll have a direct impact on the project’s ability to stay on time and on budget. You will be responsible for creating and managing schedules that ensure every stakeholder and every task is perfectly aligned, allowing the project to progress seamlessly.
  • Develop and maintain resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with federal standards and best practices.
  • Analyze contract schedules and identify critical paths to highlight key milestones and potential bottlenecks.
  • Provide insights into potential risks, delays, and schedule impacts, collaborating with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to evaluate claims, changes, and contract modifications that impact the project schedule.
  • Continuously update schedules to reflect real-time progress and any changes, ensuring that all data is accurate and actionable.
You Have These Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience managing schedules for large construction projects, ideally in the federal or military sector.
  • A strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and the ability to generate complex, resource-loaded schedules.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience in construction scheduling with certifications like PMP, CST, or PSP).
  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly present data and articulate schedule impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) project requirements, particularly for large-scale federal construction projects.
It Would Be Nice If
  • You have specific experience with USACE projects, especially within the Baltimore District.
  • You hold advanced certifications like Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) or are PMP certified.
  • You have experience managing schedules for highly secure or classified government facilities.
  • You are comfortable using additional software tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tableau to generate detailed reports and analysis.
Ready to Apply?
If you are ready to lead the charge and make this massive project a reality, we want to hear from you! Please send us your resume and a cover letter that highlights your experience and shows us why you're the perfect fit for this role.
