Position Overview:

As a Data Analytics Specialist you will serve as a key contributor within a collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for supporting the goal of meeting scope, schedule, and delivery requirements, with opportunities to develop your analytical and reporting skills further. This role is pivotal in capturing, analyzing, and synthesizing data to provide meaningful insights into usage, satisfaction, and behaviors across various platforms and programs. Ideal candidates will possess technical expertise, a knack for data visualization, and a strong analytical mindset to deliver actionable recommendations based on comprehensive data evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the Continental U.S.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, if required. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a data analytics or equivalent role.
  • Proficiency in SQL query development and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and/or DataDog RUM, or the ability to learn these tools quickly.
  • Expertise in dashboarding and reporting, including data visualization techniques.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture metrics generated from diverse data sources, including qualitative and quantitative data streams.
  • Triangulate across data types to synthesize comprehensive insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize data effectively.
  • Conduct SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and inform decision-making.
  • Continuously refine and enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on government contracts or projects.
  • Familiarity with other data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) metrics and analysis.

Compensation

A salary commensurate with background and experience will be offered. SteerBridge salaries depend on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the contract budget, role, skill set and level of experience.
