Position Title: Respiratory Care Therapist (CRT/RRT)
Shifts: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Variable Nights, Rotating Weekends)
Location: Moses Lake, WA

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor patients with respiratory conditions to develop individualized care plans
  • Administer respiratory treatments and therapies in accordance with physician orders and protocols
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory health, treatment techniques, and equipment use
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal diagnostic and treatment strategies
  • Document patient care accurately and report any adverse reactions or changes in condition
  • Maintain clinical competency and attend required training and staff meetings
  • Follow all hospital safety and infection control procedures

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited two-year Respiratory Care program
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC
  • Current Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  • Current certifications in ACLS, NRP, and PALS; BLS required within 30 days of hire
  • Two (2) years of acute care respiratory experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to care for patients across the age spectrum
  • Physically able to lift, move, and support patients and equipment as needed
