Position Title: Respiratory Care Therapist (CRT/RRT) Shifts: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Variable Nights, Rotating Weekends) Location: Moses Lake, WA

Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients with respiratory conditions to develop individualized care plans
Administer respiratory treatments and therapies in accordance with physician orders and protocols
Educate patients and families on respiratory health, treatment techniques, and equipment use
Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal diagnostic and treatment strategies
Document patient care accurately and report any adverse reactions or changes in condition
Maintain clinical competency and attend required training and staff meetings
Follow all hospital safety and infection control procedures
Qualifications:
Graduate of an AMA-accredited two-year Respiratory Care program
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC
Current Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner license
Current certifications in ACLS, NRP, and PALS; BLS required within 30 days of hire
Two (2) years of acute care respiratory experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to care for patients across the age spectrum
Physically able to lift, move, and support patients and equipment as needed
