Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our design team and bring a balanced mix of traditional graphic design, digital storytelling, and emerging media skills. In this mid- to senior-level role, you'll combine expert visual design (layout, typography, branding) with advanced capabilities in motion graphics, 3D animation, and interactive design to create engaging, multi-platform experiences. You will support both marketing campaigns and UI/UX product development, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact brand presence across all digital touchpoints. This is a hands-on role ideal for a multifaceted designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, product, and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent work experience.
  •  Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or motion/multimedia production. Portfolio must showcase a range of work including digital campaigns, motion graphics, product UI visuals, and 3D or interactive design.
  • Digital Design Expertise: Advanced understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Strong ability to design for web, mobile, and presentation formats in a modern, clean, and user-centered style.
Tool Proficiency:
  •  Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • UI/UX Tools: Figma (required)
  • 3D & Animation: Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar
  • Web & Marketing: HubSpot or CMS platforms (a plus)
  • Bonus: Experience with motion scripting, Lottie animations, or interactive frameworks (e.g., Framer)
  • Creative & Technical Agility: Able to jump between creative formats (static, animated, 3D), think through responsive layouts, and work closely with product or front-end teams to deliver dev-ready visuals.
  •  Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and provide feedback constructively. Comfortable engaging across departments to understand needs and iterate on design.
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and keep track of assets, versions, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Across Media: Produce creative assets for digital and print—web graphics, product UI visuals, social media content, presentations, infographics, and branded documentation. Tailor each design to its medium while maintaining consistency and impact.
  • Motion Graphics & 3D Animation: Create animated videos, explainer graphics, microinteractions, and 3D visualizations for marketing, product demos, and in-app experiences. Bring static designs to life with movement, storytelling, and emotional resonance.
  •  UI/UX Visual Support: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance interfaces with polished visual assets, icons, illustrations, and micro-animations. Translate design ideas into interactive mockups and prototypes that elevate user engagement.
  • Marketing & Presentation Design: Design dynamic marketing materials including pitch decks, campaign graphics, and product overviews. Transform complex ideas into visually compelling, easy-to-understand layouts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Content Creation for Deliverables & Performance Artifacts: Develop high-quality visual content for deliverables such as reports, white papers, and slide decks. Create and maintain a visual library of past performance case studies, presentation templates, and reusable assets for proposal and client-facing use.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve our visual identity across all platforms. Ensure every asset—from a landing page animation to a proposal deck—aligns with brand guidelines and contributes to a unified design language.
  •  Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Work closely with stakeholders (product managers, marketers, engineers) to scope needs, set timelines, and deliver creative work on schedule.
  • Innovation & Exploration: Stay ahead of trends in digital design, motion, and interactive media. Experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., Lottie animations, AR/VR visuals, generative design) to elevate the creative output. Mentor junior designers as needed in design principles and tool mastery.

If you’re passionate about crafting stunning digital experiences—from brand-forward animations to sharp product visuals—and want to be part of a team where creativity meets impact, we’d love to hear from you.
