🎯 What You'll Do
Design enterprise-scale data architectures that enhance security, reliability, and operational efficiency for VA systems.
Lead data modernization initiatives for critical systems.
Develop metadata strategies and implement robust data governance frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with VA standards and federal compliance requirements.
Enable advanced analytics and compliance reporting capabilities that drive better outcomes for veterans.
🔧 What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of data architecture and enterprise data modeling experience
Experience with AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, and cloud data warehousing
Ability to work on-site in Tysons Corner, VA (5 days/week)
Bonus Points:
Federal healthcare or claims systems experience
VA-specific systems knowledge
ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar data modeling tools
FHIR, HIPAA, CCPA compliance experience
