The project includes a primary building with an approximate footprint of 1M square feet on a 104-acre site in Beltsville, Maryland. This role is critical in ensuring federal security standards are met with respect to the design and implementation of security systems, including surveillance, access control, and anti-terrorism measures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Security Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field. Relevant years of experience along with appropriate professional certifications may be substituted for a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Security Engineering for large construction projects, with a focus on physical and electronic security systems.
• Experience Federal Projects: Familiarity with federal guidelines, project standards and experience implementing security systems in compliance with DoD and other Federal Agencies.
