Are you ready to lead a cutting-edge project that will make a national impact? 🏗️ SteerBridge seeks an experienced Construction Manager Security Project Engineer to provide Owner’s Representation services on a long-term federal construction project. The project includes a primary building with an approximate footprint of 1M square feet on a 104-acre site in Beltsville, Maryland.  This role is critical in ensuring federal security standards are met with respect to the design and implementation of security systems, including surveillance, access control, and anti-terrorism measures.

Minimum Required Experience and Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Security Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field. Relevant years of experience along with appropriate professional certifications may be substituted for a degree.
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in Security Engineering for large construction projects, with a focus on physical and electronic security systems.
•  Experience Federal Projects: Familiarity with federal guidelines, project standards and experience implementing security systems in compliance with DoD and other Federal Agencies.
