About SteerBridge Strategies
SteerBridge Strategies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a mission to provide innovative solutions that empower our clients to achieve exceptional outcomes. We combine cutting-edge technology, a dedicated team of experts, and a commitment to excellence to deliver world-class services for our customers. Our projects are making a real difference, and we are excited to continue growing our impact.

Why We Need You
The construction of a new Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Currency Production Facility (CPF) is more than just another building project—it’s the future of secure, efficient, and cutting-edge currency manufacturing in the United States. With such a monumental initiative underway, we need a construction leader like you—someone who can marry the power of Building Information Modeling (BIM) with expert construction management to bring this vision to life.
You have the ability to take complex digital processes, like COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange), and translate them into action. Without you, we risk not only falling behind on schedule but failing to fully integrate the innovative technology that will make this facility the gold standard in its industry. Your leadership will ensure that every piece of data, every model, and every material comes together flawlessly, providing a foundation for the future of U.S. currency production.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will play an essential role in overseeing the digital management of construction assets from start to finish, ensuring everything from compliance with BIM standards to the final handover of data. Your work will impact everything from how materials are tracked to how the facility operates post-construction. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and facilities management teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of BIM and COBie data across the construction lifecycle, from design to handover.
  • Ensure the project adheres to USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) BIM standards, delivering high-quality data and accurate models.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure timely updates and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Oversee the integration of COBie data with the owner’s facility management systems, ensuring all asset information is accurate for long-term use.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the project team, ensuring everyone can leverage BIM models effectively.
You Have These Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with BIM/COBie management on large, complex projects, especially in a federal or USACE context.
  • Expertise in BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or Bentley, and experience working with COBie data formats (Excel, XML).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams toward a common goal.
  • Experience managing projects that require collaboration across multiple stakeholders with complex data needs.
It Would Be Nice If
  • You have previous experience working on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects, especially within the Baltimore District.
  • You hold certifications like CM-BIM (AGC) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
  • LEED accreditation or experience in sustainable building practices is part of your background.
  • You have experience integrating BIM/COBie data with facility management systems such as CMMS or CAFM.
