We’re on the hunt for a talented Configuration Subject Matter Expert to join our team and drive the implementation of User Stories from our backlog. Your mission? Develop and configure solutions on the Pega platform using cutting-edge, automated processes that align with Pega’s capabilities and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • Senior: 2+ years implementing Pega in projects of similar scale, with risk management and internal controls experience
  • Junior: 6+ months Pega project experience with agile Scrum methodology
  • Required Certifications: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA)

The ideal candidate for the Configuration Subject Matter Expert role will be a seasoned professional with a deep expertise in Pega platform development and configuration. This professional will be a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) and have a solid grasp of risk management and internal controls. Beyond technical skills, they will be a proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and a collaborative team player with a keen ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
